Wedding Package Information
Weddings at Blue Gum are tailor-made to suit the individual couple. Summer weddings under the Blue Gum tree overlooking the pond and vineyards are always a favourite, although Winter weddings are proving to run a very close second for brides who prefer a wedding by the fireside along with red wine and delicious, hearty winter food. The Blue Gum restaurant caters for the smaller more intimate wedding of up to 100 guests.

Conference Package Information
The Blue Gum conference facility can hold up to 12 delegates, however larger conferences can be arranged. It is a great place for brainstorming as it offers a relaxed atmosphere to promote creative ideas and clear thinking. There are many activities on and around the estate which are great for team-building exercises - such as paintball, quad-biking, kayaking and many more.
