We have multiple dining areas on the Estate: Weather depended we choose accordingly. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. The more formal side is open for candle-lit dinners next to the open fire place or outside on the patio.

INTRODUCING OUR CHEF: Reagan van den Heyden

Reagan took a circuitous route to the kitchen, originally training as a waiter for Blue Gum Country Estate. He showed huge potential towards cooking and with some instruction from then head Chef Nicole Dupper (who worked with the likes of Franck Dangereux of La Colombe and Food Barn Fame) he became her sous chef for 2 years. 

Today, nearly 15 years later, he is an accomplished chef and he puts his passion and creativity into all meals prepared for our special guests. Reagan’s commitment to using local produce and organic ingredients can be seen in the constant development of our seasonal menus, and in the creation of every dish from scratch in our kitchens.
